ALL ABOUT SWING DANCE
Swing dance, whether it is Lindy Hop, Balboa, Blues, is a street dance rooted in African-American culture from the 30's and 40's. Following the Swing revival in the 80's it grew again in popularity and is now taught and danced across the world.

More About Lindy Potters Swing Dance
Victoria started Swinging out while at University in Sheffield. Life took her to many parts of the world (Edinburgh, Toronto and Montreal!) and she found Lindy Hop wherever she went. including teaching for Studio-88 Swing in Montreal, Hogtown Swing in Toronto, Swing Out Manchester and Honey Blues Dance.
Vincent hails from Quebec city, Canada and after discovering a love of all things swing when in Toronto he has expanded his love and knowledge of vintage dancing. Vince's passion is the music and technicality of the dance, loving to break down complicated concepts into simple and easy to understand steps for students.
Victoria and Vince met when they were both teaching and dancing in Toronto, and continued teaching and dancing together following their move to Montreal. Now married, they have returned to Victoria's home town and wanting to share the joy the Lindy Hop world has given them, started Lindy Potters Swing Dance!

Not just Lindy Hoppers, Victoria and Vincent also dance and teach Balboa and Blues dance.
